Imagine this wall transformed into a beautiful work of art. That's what the Milroy Economic Development Corporation did. We helped them submit a proposal to the Rush County Community Foundation, and it was funded!
Local artist, Lance Woskobojnik, will come up with designs for the community to vote on. Once the winning design has been determined and the weather warms up, he'll create a paint-by-numbers section of the mural. Community members, including students from Milroy Elementary will be able to help paint.
This is truly a project by the community and for the community!
